Another type of exhaust method can be used to push the driven handle a few times in the barrel when there is no exhaust valve on the grease gun, and then slightly loosen the head exhaust and then tighten the tip.

2. Move the handle to the end and then screw the lid of the oil bomb or barrel to the direction of the barrel and place the oil bomb into the barrel to tear the other end of the oil bomb.

3. Screw on the gun head and do not rotate too tightly. Press the locking piece at the end of the gun head. Push the handle into the barrel without load. Move the handle to the bottom and push it back to the original position to vent the gun. If there is a venting valve, first tighten the tip and then vent the exhaust valve a few times while operating the driven handle.

Precautions If the oil bomb is a rubber package, it is commonly called a butter bomb. After the grease is screwed to the screw hole on the gun head, it is no longer necessary to operate the driven handle. If the oil bomb is a barrel of butter, you must pay attention to the inside of the barrel. The rubber bowl should be able to enter and have entered the barrel of the butter and the edge of the butter tube is not deformed or damaged, otherwise the grease gun will not be able to beat the butter and will not work.

Pumping butter

1. Connect the grease fitting on the tip of the grease gun to the grease fitting of the pump.

2. Grasp the grease gun and operate the handle of the pump. When the butter is injected, the driven handle will automatically move backwards until it can no longer move, indicating that the oil is full.

3. Gently disengage the oil pump connector and press the locking tab at the rear of the barrel and push the driven handle into the barrel.

Precautions Remember to remove the oil bombs that may remain in the barrel before filling.

Test Connect the tube or hose to the grease gun head and connect the grease fitting to the other end of the tube or hose. Press the lever handle of the grease gun to see if the butter can be squeezed out. This gun works fine if there is butter. If there is no butter, there may be air or blockage. It can be tested by exhaust gas exhaust. If you still can't beat the butter after venting, there may be blockage inside. At this time, it can be inspected in the order of the grease nozzle → hard tube or hose → gun head. The method of inspection is to first unscrew the grease nozzle and then operate the lever handle. If there is butter, you can judge that the grease mouth is blocked. Check according to this method until you find the blocked position. You can replace the fitting or discharge the blockage. After all obstacles have been removed, test again until the grease gun is pressed out.

Precautions It is strictly forbidden to point the grease tip at any person or thing during the test or work to avoid injury.

Warning

1. It is recommended to use better quality and impurity-free butter to avoid blockage failure caused by poor quality butter.

2. When using the grease gun, it should be handled gently to prevent the barrel from deforming under external force and the rubber bowl in the barrel can not work normally.

3. Stop the operation and carefully check the blockage in the gun when the air has not been drained. You can re-operate the grease gun after the fault has been eliminated.
